Opens the Planograms library first. Choose a locally saved planogram to enter the viewer; cloud planograms will appear separately when cloud storage is configured.

Create, search, edit and delete quick notes. Notes are stored on this device.

After the server OAuth connection is configured, connect your Asana account to view project documents, assigned jobs, completed jobs and a due-date workload view. Open a job to see its notes, project context, pictures and attachments. PDF attachments can be saved into the normal Planograms library.

Save a website like a bookmark. Plano uses the site's favicon when available and opens the site inside Plano where the website permits embedding; Open launches it externally when needed.

Use the Home button at the top left of Plano to return to the Plano Home screen. The open planogram stays loaded so returning to Planograms keeps your place.

Tap the Bay dropdown beside the planogram name to open the full bay list. The old scrolling Bay control has been removed.

Choose Full from the Bay selector to show the complete document rather than a single bay.

Use Picture in the Bay panel to show the visual planogram above the data pages. Drag the divider to resize it. The three quick-snap targets on the left jump to preset positions and can be turned off in Settings. Pinch or pan the picture independently. Swipe left or right on the picture page to move between bays.

Search by product description, item number or barcode. Matching rows are highlighted directly on their data pages.

Use the scanner icon inside Search to scan a barcode instead of typing it. A normal scan immediately selects the matching Search result. Continuous Scan keeps the camera open and shows item details with Next, Locate and Close controls.

Use the up/down arrows to move between matches. Enter/Search commits the current result into Navigation.

Typing can preview a matching row, but Location is not activated until you deliberately select or commit a result.

On a data page, long-press the sequence or item-number cell to select that exact row and enter Navigation.

In Picture View, long-press a printed product sequence number to select the matching data row and enter the same Navigation mode.

When a row is selected, Plano links its exact sequence number to the matching position on the visual planogram.

The numbered markers at the left and right edges show the selected item's position counted from each end of its shelf. Adjacent duplicate facings count as one position. They can be turned off in Settings.

Move to the previous or next selectable product row. Red shelf/beam rows are skipped.

Long-press the barcode graphic or barcode-number cell on a data page to enter Labels for that product.

Moves to the next label/product according to the active duplicate settings.

Previous moves backward normally. After temporarily jumping to another visible product, Back returns to the item you came from.

Tap the ear-and-sound-waves control to listen for scanner beeps and advance automatically. Open Labels Options, then Beep Calibration, for close range and your normal working distance.

Labels Options contains duplicate/display handling, ESL, microphone and Beep Calibration. Labels Count contains only checked-item filters, totals, presets and Advanced Sequence Moves.

Labels shows Current and Bay/Planogram totals on the barcode card. The Labels Count panel contains filtering, presets and totals; data pages stay uncluttered.

When the device exposes the keys, Volume Up/Down or ↑/↓ can move through labels.

Open Checkbox Tool from its existing button. Its own panel turns the tool on or off, controls navigation filtering and stores up to three named check presets. Labels has separate filters and presets, so the two workflows do not share status.

Pull the thin tab at the top right to open the page browser. The tab can be turned off in Viewing settings.

If a bay contains multiple picture pages, use the Pic tabs in Picture View to switch between them.

Combined planograms keep their sections and bay selectors grouped so each source planogram can still be addressed separately.

Pinch the data page or Picture View to zoom. The data-page maximum is 3×.

Move the split bar to give more room to either the picture or data sheet. During Search it will not remain below the screen midpoint.

While working in Labels, long-press another visible product row to temporarily switch to it without losing your return point.

The Navigation Copy button can copy the item number directly or show a choice, depending on the Copy button setting.
